Loading...it appears as the brotherhood is slowly withering down. wonder how long the region will have over 40 nations.
Could you believe that when this region couped Osiris and flew our flag above a GCR over 12 years ago, our active roster was in the single digits? I doubt we had more nations in the region than a dozen and even that might be a stretch. Until our most recent iteration we were a very small supportive group that were brought on for military operations. Our theme is entirely built on operating from the shadows and not being at the forefront of affairs. In almost every way, the region feels more natural to me being shrunk down to the folks who occasionally log in to check their nation. Who smile fondly at some old memories of a game that no longer exists.
This is not the Brotherhood withering down. This is an embrace from the Overseer. This is us returning to the shadows in character, and out of character enjoying what aspects of the game we do still occasionally enjoy.

when the imposter is sus featured map is malicious
As a train pulls into the The Brotherhood of Malice train station, an announcement is made on the train station's PA system.
"Attention The Brotherhood of Malice Station passengers. Now arriving on Track 1, is 
The Featured Map Express to [Insert next Featured Region with the next Featured Map of the Day.] Please stand back from the yellow line and please watch the gap while boarding the train."
When entering the station, the train sounds its modified horn, which sounds like someone is saying: "Congratulations on having the Featured Map of the Day The Brotherhood of Malice!"
Also while entering the station, FMP Train Conductor Nikolai, with a bright smile on his face, sticks his head out of the train's locomotive window, waves, and yells: "Congratulations on having the Featured Map of the Day The Brotherhood of Malice!"
The train stops at the platform for 2 minutes, and opens its doors, picking up/dropping off passengers.
The train then closes it's doors and departs, heading to the next Region that has the next Featured Map of the Day.
This region reminds me of the Brotherhood of steel from fallout
Its origins are much more closely tied to the Dark Brotherhood of Elder Scrolls lore. Although, at this point, the Brotherhood of Malice has more canonical lore than that similarly cloaked in shadow organization that I personally think it stands on its own two feet distinct from other IPs pretty well.
